Following this evening's announcement by the Prime Minister, England Touch has issued the following advice to all clubs and individuals.
As of this evening (Mon 04/01/21) all team-based Touch activity must now cease. This applies to clubs and groups of friends across England and includes group fitness sessions and ball skill work, as well as training and matches. Any fitness conducted via video conferencing is permitted, as it was in the spring.
England Touch is therefore now in Stage 1: Prepare and will remain in this stage until further notice.

Households and support bubbles are able to exercise away from your house once per day, and individuals can meet with one other person outdoors for exercise once per day. You should not travel outside your local area to do so.
You cannot leave your home to meet socially with anyone you do not live with and are not in a support bubble with and should stay two metres apart from anyone not in your household.

The entire country remains in unprecedented times and we urge everyone in the Touch family to follow the guidance to help bring the pandemic under control, protecting themselves and those they care about.

As you might be aware St Albans is still in Tier 4 and therefore we are not allowed to run any training sessions. The next tier review date is scheduled for 13 January 2021, which unfortunately means we had to cancel all training sessions until then.
Which means we won't run the following two training sessions:
Tuesday, 5 January 2021
Tuesday, 12 January 2021
We will keep you updated.
