St Albans is a friendly welcoming club to players of all skills levels and experience. We run a range of sessions from social touch to elite training. We participate in a number of different competitions including the local 02 touch summer league, the Development National Touch Series (DTS) and the Elite National Touch Series (NTS).

St Albans is as active social club and we run a assortment of events throughout the year including a Christmas social, End of Year awards night, Summer BBQ and our annual trip to the London 7's at Twickenham.
